Ms. Sara Abdelghany is a Lebanese-Canadian Clinical Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist with over 15 years of professional experience in clinical and functional nutrition, supporting clients in achieving sustainable improvements in their health, metabolism, and overall wellbeing through personalized, evidence-based care.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut (2010) and has worked as a licensed Clinical Dietitian in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. Prior to relocating to Dubai in 2015, she spent over five years practicing in Beirut and Riyadh, where she gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including obesity, PCOS, diabetes, gestational diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, insulin resistance, and complex weight management cases.
In 2026, Sara advanced her clinical expertise by becoming a Certified Functional Nutritionist counclor through the Functional Nutrition Alliance, strengthening her practice in functional and integrative nutrition with a focus on root-cause analysis and systems-based health care.
Her clinical and functional expertise spans metabolic health, weight management, hormonal balance, gut health, fertility and reproductive nutrition, diabetes care, IBS and digestive disorders, women’s health, child and family nutrition, longevity, and chronic disease support.
