Dr. Omar Kamel Hallak is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist with more than 25 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine across the United States and the United Arab Emirates. He is American Board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Vascular Medicine, Endovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine.

He completed his postgraduate training in the United States, including fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine, following residency training in Internal Medicine. His clinical practice encompasses a broad range of cardiovascular conditions and advanced interventional procedures, with particular expertise in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions.

Dr. Hallak has performed thousands of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures, including coronary angiography, angioplasty and stenting, as well as pacemaker and ICD/CRT implantation. His experience also includes the management of complex cardiovascular and vascular conditions requiring advanced catheter-based interventions.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hallak has held senior academic and leadership positions in the United States and the UAE. He currently serves as Clinical Professor of Cardiology at Baylor University in Texas and holds academic appointments in Dubai and the UAE. He has also served as President of the Gulf Chapter of the International Society of Endovascular Specialists and as Chairman and Founder of the 4TS International Conference.

Dr. Hallak has been actively involved in cardiovascular research, contributing to clinical studies and publications covering coronary intervention, vascular medicine, cardiac imaging and cardiovascular disease. He has also participated extensively in regional and international cardiology conferences as a speaker and chairman.
