Dr. Aspasia Michalopoulou is a highly experienced Italian Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 35 years of expertise in women’s health. She is working at various clinics in the UAE since 15 years, delivering excellent service and compassion to her patient. She earned her medical degree and postgraduate specialization with honors from the University of Naples Federico II in Italy.

Dr. Aspasia has extensive experience in high-risk pregnancy management, gynecologic surgeries, and minimally invasive procedures. She has worked in tertiary care teaching hospitals, providing comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, including emergency services, deliveries, infertility, urogynecology, and gynecologic oncology. She gives psychological support to all her patients.

She is also highly skilled in diagnostic imaging, including transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound, breast ultrasound, and fetal imaging, in addition to advanced procedures like colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and aesthetic gynecology.

Dr. Aspasia has a notable background in maternal diabetes, genetics, AIDS research, and has led specialized clinics for menopause care and women’s hormonal health. She previously ran two private clinics in Naples and was appointed by the Italian government (Campania Region) as the sole specialist to oversee women’s health and reduce cesarean section rates across multiple hospitals and regional healthcare departments.
