Dr. Humeira Badsha is a highly respected Consultant Rheumatologist with nearly 30 years of international experience across the USA, Singapore, and the UAE. She is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, and also holds certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RhMSUS™) from the American College of Rheumatology.
Dr. Badsha completed her MBBS at Madras Medical College, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Connecticut and a Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
She has held faculty positions at prestigious institutions including Harvard Medical School, Tufts University, and the National University of Singapore. A pioneer in her field, she is also a founding member of the Emirates Society of Rheumatology and currently serves as Co-Chair of International Affairs for APLAR.
Dr. Badsha has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and continues to lead clinical research projects in rheumatology. She is deeply committed to advancing patient care and education, having also published a book “The Wellness Guide to Arthritis”.
