Dr. Babak Ansari is a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in general orthopaedics and sports medicine. He earned his medical degree in Germany and holds Facharzt für Orthopaedie (Consultant Orthopedics) and Zusatzbezeichnung Sportmedizin (Sports Medicine) German qualifications.
Dr. Ansari received his training at distinguished German specialty centers for spine and knee surgery – Anna Stift University Hospital, Hannover; St. Joseph University Hospital, Bochum; Alfried Krupp Hospital, Essen – from 1996 until 2011. He is a highly experienced surgeon for arthroscopic knee surgery and joint replacement surgery and spine procedures, which he performed in these centers since 1996.
Dr. Ansari also specializes in cartilage surgery, ligament and meniscus surgery, joint replacement, as well as CT guided precision injections, German technology known as “Microtherapy” and non-surgical arthritis and cartilage treatment by German Plasma and Serum Technology.
He completed an additional seven years in Groenemeyer Institute and Hospital for Microtherapy in Bochum and Essen working on minimally invasive spine procedures and minimally invasive treatment for back and spinal pain and diseases.
