Over the years, she has assumed significant roles, including Chief/Senior Technologist and Team Training Coordinator, at a reputable institution in Karachi, Pakistan, until 2014.

Since 2014, Erum has been making notable contributions as a Neuro Technologist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She holds the distinguished DHA and HAAD licenses, which exemplify her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professional competence and ethical practice in her field.
