Dr. Teresa graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Medicine „Georg – August University“ in Göttingen (Germany) after successfully finishing 6 years of Medical Training. She subsequently received her Ph.D., after spending 5 years at the Chronic Pain Clinic (University Medical Centre Göttingen) to finish her research and completing her thesis on dealing with patients having non- specific chronic low back pain.

Dr. Teresa was previously based in Germany working on Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Units. In this position, Dr. Teresa was in touch with almost all kinds of illnesses, including Internal Medicine as well as dealing with Orthopaedic & Trauma issues. She was further responsible for detecting Ear-Nose-Throat, Urology and Obstetrics/ Gynecology needs.

Dr. Teresa is happy to perform primary medical examinations, investigations, and treatments of non- emergency and emergency health problems, as well as dealing with chronic diseases and illnesses. She also provides routine health checks and health risk assessments.

Dr. Teresa obtained her License as a General Practitioner from Dubai Health Authority in November 2016 and became a valuable member of the Healthbay Family in 2017. Since this year Dr. Teresa is also a German Board certified Specialist Anesthesiologist and we are happy to announce that Dr. Teresa has re-joined our Family Medicine Department as well.
