Experience

Dr. Haq pursued higher surgical training in the UK, obtaining the prestigious FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and then went on to complete his surgical residency in esteemed medical institutions in the USA, where he also obtained Fellowships in Trauma and surgical Critical Care, Organ (Kidney) Transplant Surgery and Surgical Clinical Research from the prestigious New York Medical College.

Before joining the HealthBay Clinic Dubai, Dr. Haq practised at the American Hospital Dubai where he was actively involved in setting up their advanced laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery program and on faculty with the University of Sharjah. Prior to that, he served for fourteen years at the Inspira Medical Center in New Jersey, a major University Teaching Affiliate, where he was actively involved in teaching surgery residents and medical students and served as an Attending General, Vascular, Advanced Laparoscopic, Robotic and Bariatric Surgeon.
