Dr. Shireen Hussain completed her medical training in India, attended visiting student programs at Harvard Medical School and Northwestern University, and completed her internships at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Shireen pursued post-graduate training in Dermatology from the UK (Cardiff), graduating with honors. She went on to complete her Fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, followed by a Certification in Advanced Injectables. She has practiced as a dermatologist in India and Oman. Prior to joining HealthBay, she worked at the Aesthetica Clinic in Dubai as an Aesthetic Physician and Medical Director.
She is an expert when it comes to skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments like Botox, Fillers, Threads, Mesotherapy, PRP, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, as well as Chemical Peels and Non-Surgical face lifting. She is also experienced in the treatment of clinical dermatological cases including acne, rosacea, melasma, bullous diseases, vitiligo, infections of the skin, psoriasis, eczema, alopecia, and others. Dr. Shireen has a special interest in the treatment of pigmentation.
She believes in treating her patients on the principles of evidence-based medicine, and continues to actively participate in continuing medical education and quality care.
