Dr. Aspasia Michalopoulou is an Italian Board OB-GYNE Specialist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She received her degree and postgraduate board specialization with honors from the University of Naples Federico II.
Dr. Aspasia worked in a tertiary care teaching university hospital where she acquired extensive experience in OB-GYNE emergency, surgeries, deliveries, high risk pregnancies, oncology, urogynecology, andrology, infertility, laparoscopic surgery, breast diseases and diagnosis per images (ultrasound, Hysteroscopy, Colposcopy). She also headed the ambulatory for menopause and a valuable researcher in a special program for AIDS, diabetes, and genetics.
Dr. Aspasia opened and led two private clinics from 1995 to 2009 and received nominations for Unique Specialist from the Italian government (Campania Region), responsible for 4 hospitals and 7 territory departments for the project implementation of cesarean section reduction and women health.
