It is suitable to both people in workplaces and members of the public who want training in first aid.
Most workplaces require a specific number of people to successfully complete this qualification. The Emergency First First Aid qualification remains current for three years, during which time an Emergency First Aid refresher course must be completed.

It is suitable for people in workplaces who may be ‘designated first aider’ and members of the public who want to be able to manage an emergency first aid situation; the content includes reducing risk, accident reporting and legal responsibilities. It is ideal for managers and supervisors, or those moving towards this level.
